-According to the American Psychological Association (2013), stress can be short term or long-term, short term stress could be a response to a brief or passing situation, for instance, being stuck in traffic or taking a test. Long term stress pertains to serious long lasting situations, such as a spouse or family members death, relationship problems, and other major events. -Below discuss the ways that you deal with both short-term and long-term stresses. -Do you have an outlet to let your stress out, does it change with the level of stress you experience? -Write about it! You might help someone else learn how to deal with their stress!
